Horizons Plymouth is a Plymouth-based sailing charity that transforms young lives through inclusive water-based activities. We provide accessible sailing, powerboating and outdoor learning programmes for young people of all backgrounds and abilities, helping them build confidence, resilience, teamwork and practical skills.
