A budding permaculture ranchlette on Magical Ocracoke Island. World class downwinders on butter flat slicks that go on for 26 miles or epic Ocean Wave sessions and down winders- we’ve really got it all. Deeper water for foiling, sailing, kayak, surf, canoe and explore miles and miles of pristine water and tranquil beaches of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.We host van campers, tent campers, and have rooms for rent as well as a private bungalow. Whole house rentals also available for larger groups! I am currently looking for instructors in the 2026 season who are PASA or IKO certified with at least 5 years experience teaching.
