We’re looking for an experienced Surf Instructor to join our team! 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced surf instructor to join Cutback Escuela Técnica in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain.
This is a full-time, year-round position, with the opportunity to become a long-term member of our team if we are a good fit for each other.
Main responsibilities:

• Teaching surf lessons for beginner and intermediate surfers
• Teaching surfskate lessons for beginner and intermediate levels
• Working in our surf shop, advising customers on surfboards, wetsuits and other technical surf equipment
• Helping us provide a professional, friendly and high-quality experience for our students and customers

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a surf instructor
• Good surfing ability and solid knowledge of surf equipment
• Experience or confidence teaching surfskate
• Responsible, professional and comfortable working with both adults and children
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Spanish and English required
